I would like to know abt 8bit ALU design diagram and I have no idea how to modify with EXOR,EXNOR,NAN,NOR in addition to the logical NOT,AND,OR operation. If anybody know pls advise me?

Why don't you have a look in the CO text book you had taught in UCSM? I think there is a simple ALU logic diagram and you can even see CPU design for pico Java instructions using microprogram and that ALU in chapter 4, isn't it? But that ALU is so simple and I'm not sure it is suitable for you. | |
