Hi all bros,
Let me start to talk about meditation first. In fact I went only one time for meditation center as a monk. I've heard that if you do meditation and your mind is absolutely stable in a place, you will get amazing pleasure and peaceful in your mind. But I couldn't make well in meditation. I felt a lot of pains from all over the body and 1 hour session was really difficult for me. I admit that I didn't work hard for meditation and disappointed easily because of my pain.
Now I wanna share you about my knowledge. In our brain, there is a kind of chemical substance called endrophins. This was produced from the brain after we've played sport, used drugs (opium), and done meditation.
This endrophins make us feel better and get the pleasure in our mind.
I know I shouldn't compare meditation with these kind of things.
Just sharing the knowledge.
Lets discuss if anyone of you have this pleasure.

PS: I am a buddhist.

If anybody know about fuzzy logic, please explain to me. I just know this is a kind of mathematical function like set theory.

We are searching for the absolute peace.

we was learning the science,but we can not see electron,proton,neutron,..but it is real having.our ear can not hear the radio channel and stallite channel,but it is real having.because we can not see the real thing(atom).
everything was compounding atom,we can not see the atom. but we can know by the intelligence.(right vision)

right vision is the way of searching teachnic for the peace.

right thinking is too.

if we want to live with real peace,we should try the right vision and right thinking.
