Hi Friend,
My laptop is infected by Dialar.Trojan. Norton can't remove it. When i try with Spy boot, it can remove some unwanted files but some files still infected.I also try with AVG 7.5 free version. Pls advise the best way.I don't want to format recently.

Hi I'm a noob here in this forum.
It will be late to answer the question from last month.
Anyway let me give it a try.
1. Kill the trojan process with spybot 2. Remove the trojan entry HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/run 3. recheck the process if it's comes again kill it again. If it was bi/tri attack try to kill those processes at the same time. 4. recheck the registry 5. check startup process and if u found that again kill it. 6. Find the process source file and delete it. 7. Find the zipped/backup file and delete it.
Next time do not use freeware AVs .. use cracked AVs such as ZoneAlarm, BitDefender.
